Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Support toddlers and infants with feeding, diapering, nap routines, and developmental milestones Manage behavior using positive reinforcement strategies aligned with childhood development principles Assist children with classroom tasks, playtime, and educational exercises to foster early childhood learning Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress and needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards in daycare or preschool settings Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly valued Knowledge of early childhood education practices and childhood development stages Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Familiarity with classroom experience or behavior management techniques in early childhood settings Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and team members
