Childcare Provider

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting children's development through engaging activities and providing attentive care. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Support toddlers in their daily routines while encouraging independence and social skills. Assist children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring safety at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children. Foster an atmosphere of respect and inclusivity within the childcare setting. Must be dependable and available to work Monday through Friday. Skills First aid certification is preferred to ensure the safety of children. Experience working with people with disabilities is highly valued. Proficiency in toddler care, infant care, and overall childcare practices. Strong teaching skills to facilitate learning through play and structured activities. Background in early childhood education or related fields is beneficial. Experience in daycare settings, babysitting, or as a nanny is advantageous. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate growth. Classroom experience is a plus for managing group dynamics effectively. Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster positive behavior among children.
