Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster positive behavior, and support the developmental needs of children across various age groups. Support toddler care and preschool activities that foster childhood development and curiosity. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress and address individual needs through regular communication. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to track developmental milestones and learning outcomes. Incorporate Montessori principles or other educational philosophies to enhance classroom experiences when applicable. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Proven experience with classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development for young children. Expertise in working with children with special needs or requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to implement behavior management techniques that promote positive reinforcement and emotional well-being. Familiarity with daycare operations, preschool environments, and private school settings. Competence in teaching physical education activities, literacy education, math concepts, and tutoring when needed.
