Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene routines for infants and toddlers Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and play Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and needs Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in First Aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Experience with special education or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible environment Excellent caregiving abilities with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively, energetic demeanor Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with families Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for nurturing young minds can flourish!
