About the Role We're hiring a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to work directly with our patients and our doctor. This is a hands-on, people-facing role where you'll help patients through their treatment plans, learn cutting-edge therapies, and be part of a close-knit team. No prior chiropractic experience is required — we provide full training on all clinical duties. What You'll Be Doing Performing muscle reactivation technique on patients Administering Softwave therapy treatments Performing muscle testing Taking patient notes and assisting with documentation Occasionally appearing in social media videos to help share what we do Building genuine, encouraging relationships with our patients Supporting the doctor and the rest of the team wherever needed Who You Are A people person — outgoing, warm, easy to talk to, and great at making others feel comfortable Friendly, positive, and dependable Comfortable with hands-on patient care and being on your feet Open to being on camera occasionally for social media content A team player who's eager to learn and grow Preferred (Not Required) Background A background involving anatomy, the human body, or hands-on work is a big plus. We'd love to hear from you if you are or have been a: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Massage Therapist (LMT) Personal Trainer Athletic Trainer Exercise Science / Kinesiology graduate Or similar background That said, personality and attitude are our #1 priority — we will train the right person on everything else.
