Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming environment for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and clinic success through your organizational skills and healthcare knowledge. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with check-in and check-out processes using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Vericle and other platforms. Manage appointment scheduling ensuring optimal patient flow Verify insurance coverage and benefits, including Medicare and HIPAA compliance Collect and process payments, maintain meticulous financial records, and handle collections with professionalism Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; provide patient service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Organize filing systems for medical records, manage electronic documentation review, and ensure compliance with health information management standards Qualifications Strong computer skills Exceptional customer service skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and data entry tasks Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment; typing skills including 10-key typing are beneficial Join our team to make a positive impact on patient health while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic environment.
