Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk

What we are looking for in a candidate Must be positive and friendly you are the first impression of us! Experience working in a patient or customer orientated environment. At least 1 year experience in a medical or chiropractic office is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time management skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to details Possess strong customer service, patient/client relations, appointment scheduling skills Reliable Transportation Position is responsible for: Patient check-in/check-out Scheduling Patient collections and insurance verifications Monitor appointment activity to ensure patient flow remains on schedule Creating a warm/inviting environment Scanning, faxing, shredding and other administrative duties as assigned Record and forward messages to the appropriate individuals Create/maintain electronic and paper files and receipts Administer therapies under doctor direction Communicate with doctors, therapists, and other staff members to provide pertinent patient information We are currently hiring for Tuesdays- 3 pm to 7 pm and Wednesdays- 2-6 pm. Additional hours may become available based on clinic needs and performance. • No calls or drop-ins about this position
