near Longmont Active Life Integrative Health is a family owned chiropractic and massage therapy practice that specializes in sports medicine and family chiropractic care. We currently employ 2 chiropractors and 2 massage therapists and a receptionist. Our current Associate Chiropractor is currently on Maternity Leave and when she returns she will be switching to a Saturday only schedule. We are therefore looking for an associate to take over her patient base during the week. Schedule will be immediately busy. No outside marketing required. We are ideally looking for someone to work 3-4 days a week with room to go if desired. Active Life is located in Mead right off of Interstate 25, halfway between Denver and Fort Collins. Our practice is located within roughly 30 minutes from Fort Collins, North Denver, Longmont and Boulder. Active Life is currently celebrating Ten years of business with 100+ 5 star reviews on Google. We are looking for a passionate, well trained and professional candidate who goes above and beyond for their patients and is trained to do more than just your typical adjustment. We are looking for someone with knowledge and proficiency in chiropractic adjustments, exercise rehabilitation and various myofascial release techniques such as ART or Graston (Dry Needling certification is a plus!). We are currently the only medical practice located in Mead and see a wide range of patients such as elite/college/high school athletes, farmers, desk job workers, weekend warriors, stay at home parents and everything in between. Skills we are looking for

• We are a family chiropractic practice that specializes in exercise rehabilitation, so we are not looking for a standard adjustment only doctor. We want someone who utilizes a combination of adjustments, myofascial release and exercise rehabilitation. We want a passionate doctor who cares for their patient's wellbeing.
• An understanding of concepts utilized with ART, Graston, PNF, Rehabilitation (Certifications are not required to apply)
• Our current associate chiropractor currently treats our pediatric patients so experience with pediatric care is preferred but not required

Duties:

Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal system and the spine Diagnosis and Treatment plans Chiropractic Care

• Manual Adjustments, myofascial release, exercise rehabilitation Documentation/progress notes
• accurate and timely records within 3 days of seeing patient Arrange for/review diagnostic x-rays and other imagining, when medically necessary Follow up patient phone calls

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC) Chiropractic license in CO We'd prefer 1 year of experience but new graduates are welcome to apply 20 Hours continuing education per year (Continuing Education Stipend provided)

Schedule:

Three to Four
