Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances and equipment. Your expertise will ensure our clients' kitchen operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and field service skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen appliances including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems using schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections on various equipment to ensure optimal operation Install new kitchen equipment and assemble components as needed Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical blueprints for accurate repairs Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and maintenance tips Conduct refrigeration system repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, and electrical diagnostics Assist with delivery of equipment using a box truck or similar vehicle when necessary Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, equipment repair or as a service technician within commercial or industrial settings Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately Electrical experience including troubleshooting wiring issues and understanding electrical systems in appliances Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and related field service procedures Delivery driver experience with a valid driver's license and familiarity with operating a box truck or similar vehicle preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards Basic assembly skills for installing new equipment Join us at DNI Heating AC Refrigeration where your skills make a difference! Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
