Role:

We are looking for a dependable, design-minded individual to join our team as a Home Staging Design Assistant. You will work directly alongside our lead stager on installations and removals, support design decisions in the field, and assist with light administrative tasks to help keep scheduling, job files, and inventory organized. Hours are a minimum of 24 per week, with the potential to increase during the busy season (March-September) and as the business grows. Responsibilities Assist with the design, installation, and removal of staging furniture and accessories Support the lead stager with on-site design decisions — furniture placement, accessory styling, and room composition Help to manage, maintain, and keep current the accessories division Handle all furnishings and inventory with care Assist with scheduling coordination, building job files, and tracking inventory in our project management system Required Qualifications Natural eye for design — you notice when something is off and know how to fix it Physically active and comfortable with the demands of the job — this role requires being on your feet and moving furniture for extended periods Reliable and punctual — the team and clients depend on you showing up and following through Positive attitude and a genuine team player Open to direction and feedback, and able to apply it without friction Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the warehouse Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in home staging, interior design, furniture retail, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person. What to Expect No two days look the same in staging. You might spend one day on-site installing staging at a luxury-level home, and the next day helping de-stage a home and preparing job files. The variety is part of the appeal.
