In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to a positive customer experience while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service. As a Team Member, you will engage with customers, assist in daily operations, and maintain a clean and organized environment. Duties Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items. Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory to ensure product availability. Buss tables and clean dining areas to provide a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Support sales initiatives by promoting products and engaging with customers about special offers. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Qualifications Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions. Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management is beneficial. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
