What You'll Be Doing Perform detailed orthopedic evaluations and identify movement dysfunctions Build individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Deliver skilled outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy focused on long-term outcomes Progress patients using clinical reasoning and measurable improvements Educate patients clearly so they stay engaged and confident throughout recovery Collaborate with other Physical Therapists to maintain strong clinical standards Build lasting patient relationships that improve consistency and outcomes Mentorship and Growth for New Graduates If you are a newer Physical Therapist, you will not be left figuring things out alone. You will receive structured mentorship , consistent support, and hands-on development designed to help you build confidence quickly.
