Full-time Job Summary We are a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm serving both public and private sector clients across Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Our expertise spans design, planning, surveying, structural analysis, construction inspection, and environmental studies. We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer - Roadway Project Manager to join our team in LaGrange, IL. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful transportation projects while collaborating in a flexible and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Design highway, interchange, and intersection projects Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates in compliance with applicable standards Manage client relationships across public and private sectors Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget Coordinate with other engineering disciplines throughout project lifecycle Participate in professional organizations to build industry presence and relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois 10-15 years of progressive experience in roadway/transportation engineering Experience with IDOT, MoDOT, Tollway, or Local Public Agency projects preferred Proficiency in MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Traffic signal experience (preferred) Core Competencies Strong understanding of project design phases and documentation Experience in geometric layouts, intersection design, and ADA compliance Knowledge of traffic signal and storm sewer design (a plus) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and collaboration with clients and teams Strong time management, budgeting, and project coordination skills Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Flexible work schedule Bonus plan
