In Home Caregiver

Job Overview We are looking for a caregiver to take a part time shift (additional hours maybe assigned) and provide in-home support services to our client(s) in La Grange IL Responsibilities Individual enjoy building genuine connections and creating a relaxed, positive atmosphere for clients in their homes. Perform light housekeeping, and run errands, and ADL activities looking for someone to start immediately This is a continuous shift. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11am to 3pm. Additional days and hours may be assigned to the caregiver. Experience with dementia client Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs Follow all safety protocols and care plans established by medical teams or family members Must have a car and vehicle insurance Skills Caregiving experience a plus but not required Knowledge of meal prep Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and follow detailed care plan
