Activities Your key responsibilities will include: Enforce Total Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy in all his/her responsibilities and ensure that external third parties (EPC firms, consultants.) operate in a manner acceptable to Total HSE standards Responsible for performing the day-to-day maintenance and implementation of the quality plan. Monitor/manage deficiencies to quality plan and work to completion. Perform quality report and oversee the documentation of QC. Ensure compliance with the quality plan. Complete Quality Inspections for civil construction using the Vyn Digital System. Verify completion documentation required by contract has been provided by Contractors Manage all nonconformities, identify a resolution, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Schedule, manage and attend meetings related to Quality issues. Distribute relevant QC documentation to site contractors. Identify the accuracy of contractor work. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Jointly, with Construction and Procurement departments, review meetings of contractual specifications for all materials involved in the project. Work with owner's engineer to review design drawings and engineering deliverables from EPC contractors to prioritize critical areas for further Engineering review. - Ensure project quality control by conducting on-site inspections as needed, coordinating with 3rd party independent engineering. Manage the collection, organization and filing of all project documentation, both internally and for external third-party stakeholders. Assist with the development of internal operating policies, standards, and procedures. Act as a civil consultant in the areas of civil work. Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly meetings In this role, you will directly contribute to safe execution, quality assurance, and successful delivery of critical renewable energy projects. Candidate Profile 👤 What You Bring Minimum Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience , including photovoltaic (PV) projects Experience on utility-scale renewable energy (solar) required. Strong knowledge of electrical systems for solar, BESS, and substations (medium and high voltage) Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and QA/QC processes Experience reviewing contractor work, technical documentation, and design drawings Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of energy storage systems (BESS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with digital QA/QC or construction management systems Strong stakeholder coordination and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Why Join Us? 🚀 At TotalEnergies, you'll be part of a global leader driving the energy transition.
