Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL with Air Brakes and Manual Transmission Endorsement. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while adhering to all transportation regulations. Duties Operate a manual transmission truck safely and efficiently while providing great customer service and communication to our customers. Load and unload, ensuring proper handling and of freight. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to planned schedules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of routed jobs using a company provided tablet with pre-loaded software system. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding arrival status and any issues encountered on the road. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving. Home daily, normal hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Experience Proven experience in truck driving with a valid Class A CDL Must have manual transmission and air brakes endorsements. Knowledge of route driving techniques and best practices for efficient scheduling. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
