Class A CDL/Boom Operater (1 + years required)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Class A CDL/Boom Operator to join our team! In this role, you will operate commercial trucks equipped with boom lifts to safely and efficiently handle a variety of load types, including flatbed, and construction freight. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial tractor-trailers with boom lift attachments to transport freight, equipment, and materials. Load and unload cargo using boom lifts, forklifts, or other specialized equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Drive route schedules efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of goods across multiple locations. Secure loads properly on flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, or tanker units to prevent shifting during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to maintain optimal safety standards. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Skills Proven experience operating Class A tractor-trailers with manual transmission capabilities. Skilled in driving various truck types including flatbeds, dump trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles. Hands-on experience with load & unload procedures using boom lifts, forklifts, or similar machinery. Knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize delivery schedules while maintaining safety standards. Familiarity with freight handling procedures for different cargo types and securing loads properly. Ability to operate specialized equipment such as boom lifts safely and efficiently. Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
