In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, construction materials, and other loads across various routes. Your expertise in handling different types of trailers—will ensure timely deliveries and efficient load management. Duties Safely operate Class A commercial trucks with manual transmissions across designated routes and job sites Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as manual methods Transport various types of cargo including construction materials, or specialized loads Drive dump trucks to meet diverse transportation needs Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and route information in compliance with federal and state regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe delivery of goods while minimizing risks Experience Proven experience operating Class A tractor-trailers with manual transmissions in a commercial driving environment Prior experience driving dump trucks Familiarity with route driving across urban and rural areas with an emphasis on safety and efficiency Delivery driver experience handling freight loading/unloading processes effectively Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with necessary endorsements for hauling various cargo types Strong understanding of safety regulations related to trucking operations and cargo handling Join our team if you're eager to drive your career forward with a company that values safety, professionalism, and excellence on the road!
