This role involves picking up or dropping off Intermodal containers to transport efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience with Intermodal equipment and the STL railyards. Duties Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers, including intermodal deliveries and pickups Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle E-logs in compliance with DOT regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or issues encountered during trips Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with 2 years of verifiable experience and a clean driving record Experience with manual transmission trucks preferred. We are transitioning to Automatic tractors. Knowledge of route driving best practices, fuel efficiency and safety regulations Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and cargo securement standards Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards This position is essential for maintaining efficient freight movement within our logistics network. Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
