We are seeking an experienced Master Mechanic with strong classic car diagnostics, restoration, and electrical system expertise to join our team. Position Summary This is not a general repair shop position or an entry level position. We are looking for a highly skilled technician who understands the complexity of classic and vintage vehicles and can confidently diagnose, repair, rebuild, and restore mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on classic and vintage vehicles Troubleshoot, repair, and rewire automotive electrical systems Install and repair wiring harnesses, gauges, lighting, charging systems, ignition systems, and accessories Perform engine diagnostics, repairs, rebuilds, tuning, and carburetor adjustments Work on transmissions, suspension, steering, braking, and driveline systems Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics Assist with full-frame-off restorations and custom builds Identify issues proactively and recommend solutions Maintain accurate documentation of work completed Ensure all work meets high quality standards Required Qualifications 3+ years master-level automotive mechanic experience Extensive experience working on classic, vintage, muscle, or specialty vehicles Strong automotive electrical diagnostic and repair experience is required Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues independently Experience with carbureted engines, distributor ignition systems, and older vehicle platforms Proficient with fabrication-related fitment and mechanical modifications Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Must meet daily/weekly company productivity requirements Must keep an immaculate work area at all times (NO
