Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers across long distances, ensuring timely delivery of freight while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Your expertise in driving various types of trucks—including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks—will be essential to our success. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across regional and national routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Transport a variety of freight types including refrigerated goods Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage route driving efficiently by planning optimal routes for timely deliveries while adjusting for traffic or weather conditions. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, load statuses, or any issues encountered during trips. Qualifications Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on commercial transportation; previous delivery driver experience is highly valued. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the types of freight transported refrigerated Strong understanding of route planning, load securement, and safety procedures for long-haul trucking.
