Cleaner - Katy, TX - Lakes of Cane Island

Perry Homes, a top Texas home builder, is looking for full-time Home Cleaners to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of model and inventory homes. What You'll Do Clean the interior of sales models and inventory homes. Vacuum carpet and spot clean with solvents as needed. Clean all mirrors, tile, glass and marble surfaces using the correct cleaning materials. Clean inventory homes to ensure they are ready for immediate move in. Complete miscellaneous cleaning assignments as needed. From time to time must complete projects with short notice and in extreme time constraints. Requirements What We're Looking For Attention to Detail Time Management Flexibility Organizational Skills Initiative Qualifications Knowledge of cleaning techniques and supplies It is essential to have a driver's license and available transportation to work in multiple locations
