Cleaning and Custodial Staff

Cleaning & Custodial Staff Role Summary:

The Cleaning Staff ensures that all areas of the facility — including fields, common areas, restrooms, and offices — are kept clean, safe, and well-presented at all times. This position is essential in maintaining the facility's professional appearance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of playing fields, locker rooms, restrooms, and lobby areas. Empty trash, sanitize surfaces, and maintain restocking of cleaning and restroom supplies. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facility Manager. Support event cleanup, including pre•and post-event preparation. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Salary Range:

$40,000•45,000 or $19•22/hour Reports to:

Facility Manager Pay:

$19.00•$22.00 per hour
