Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Disinfect surfaces regularly to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials in restrooms and cleaning stations. Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability initiatives. Experience Must Have clean background and be able to pass a drug test Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift. Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus.
