Airbnb Cleaners LaStar's Pristine Cleans is looking for dependable, hardworking cleaners to join our short-term rental cleaning team. We specialize in cleaning Airbnb and vacation rental properties and take pride in providing guests with a clean, comfortable, hotel-quality experience. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently without supervision. Job Responsibilities Clean and sanitize Airbnb properties between guest stays Make beds and change linens Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust Restock toiletries, towels, and supplies Take out trash and check the property for damages or missing items Follow cleaning checklists to ensure every property is guest-ready Report maintenance issues or low inventory when needed Send photos of each clean upon completion •Requirements Cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required Must be dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time well Reliable transportation is a must Weekend availability will be needed What We Offer Flexible schedule Competitive pay Supportive work environment Opportunity for consistent work and growth If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
