Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in various commercial environments. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help create a pristine, welcoming space for clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, ensuring surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct carpet cleaning and spot removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness and appearance Operate buffing machines to restore shine on hard flooring surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by sanitizing fixtures, countertops, and trash disposal Follow established janitorial procedures for dusting, window cleaning, and waste removal in accordance with safety guidelines Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods whenever possible to promote sustainability Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe working environment Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or institutional settings preferred Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and methods beneficial Familiarity with environmental services practices that prioritize eco-friendly cleaning solutions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces!
