We are seeking a dependable and professional Property Manager to oversee daily operations at multiple properties in the Russellville, AL area. This ideal candidate would be someone who is organized, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect rent payments when due
  • Ensure properties are clean and free of garbage and debris
  • Monitor general property condition and report maintenance concerns
  • Answer office phone and respond to tenant inquiries in a professional manner
  • Travel to three different property locations throughout the week
Qualifications:
  • Criminal-free background (background check required)
  • Strong references
  • Reliable transportation (required for travel between locations)
