Clerical Assistant

Shatto Milk Company is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented individual to join our Accounting Office. This role supports daily clerical and administrative functions and requires someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical and administrative duties Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document organization Support accounting staff with routine tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners Qualifications Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Excel Dependable and reliable work habits Clerical experience preferred Excellent math skills Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to perform well in fast‑paced environments Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities High school diploma or equivalent required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and values accuracy and confidentiality.
