Wyoming Child & Family Development, Inc. is now scheduling interviews for a Clerical/Fiscal Specialist. This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week 240 days a year. The Clerical/Fiscal Specialist serves as the first point of contact for the business office, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support. This role ensures a professional and welcoming environment while handling incoming mail, calls, visitors, and general office communications. The position also supports core fiscal functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing processesRequired Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to organize and follow to completion projects and task as assigned Data analysis, decision making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders Reliable, organized, and detail oriented Must be able to work with families and children birth through age 5 Must be able to work in a flexible daily routine and change as required Must possess proper stress management techniques Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and personnel information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience :
Education (required): High School Diploma or a G.E.D. and be 18 years of age (state requirements). Experience (required): Computer skills, including accurate typing, and data entry Experience (preferred): Accounts payable, accounts receivable, or basic bookkeeping Must attain additional training or certifications, which may be required by Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc. WCFD will only accept college degrees from accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Job Type:
