Greet clients Schedule and confirming appointments Process invoice and payments Assist clients with their pet needs Answer 3 line phone system, retrieve phone messages Restock reception Contribute to strong team environment by helping co-workers Handling lab samples that are being dropped off Documenting pet/client needs in medical records We are looking for someone to join our team to help give excellent personal attention to each and every pet that comes through our door. If you are a person who takes pride in your job, likes working with animals of all kinds, interested in learning, and wants to succeed, then we need you! We welcome people who are motivated to apply to work with us! Experience preferred but not required. We offer paid sick time, tuition reimbursement up to $500, continuing education courses through the clinic, Simple IRA with matching 3%, yearly clothing allowance and employee discounts. We are a small one doctor clinic that services both large and small animals, plus some exotic and pocket pets as well. Shift would be Monday, Friday - 9am-5pm. Wednesday 8:30am-6:00pm. Thursday 8:30am-1:30pm. One Saturday a month 8:30am-1:00pm
