We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Client & Caregiver Scheduler to join our team. Position Summary The Client & Caregiver Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring clients receive reliable and consistent care by coordinating caregiver schedules, managing staffing needs, and maintaining excellent communication with caregivers, clients, and families. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and can handle scheduling changes and urgent staffing needs professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate caregiver schedules and client shifts Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and compatibility Fill open shifts and manage call-offs promptly Communicate professionally with clients, families, and caregivers Maintain accurate schedules and documentation in scheduling software Confirm caregiver assignments and daily schedules Assist with caregiver onboarding and schedule setup Support continuity of care and quality service delivery Help maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of scheduling, staffing, or coordination experience preferred Home care or healthcare experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly Experience with scheduling software, WellSky, or similar systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Supportive team environment Growth opportunities Paid training Paid time off (if applicable) Schedule Monday-Friday Some after-hours or weekend support may be required Apply Today If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others through quality care coordination, we would love to hear from you.
