Job Description

Summertown Metals is looking for a warm personality to fill our Client Engagement Role. This person needs to be customer oriented and brand oriented. This person will be the face of our company when the client first walks into our facility. This is a full time position with the hours of 7am - 5pm. This position is also eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, 401K with a company match. vacation and PTO. Greet all visitors and customers warmly, creating a positive first impression Always maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor Remain calm and organized while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Respond promptly and professionally to walk-ins, phone calls, emails, social media messages, and chatbot inquiries. in a manner that is in alignment with Summertown Metals' brand tone and timing expectations Efficiently assist customers in connecting with front counter staff during peak hours, including taking messages for follow-up when necessary Ensure waiting customers are comfortable and informed Work with sales and marketing to be familiar with promotions and advertisements to best educate contacts and to attribute them accordingly to specific campaigns and events Engage customers in meaningful conversation to understand their needs to determine if they are a marketing qualified lead ready for a handoff to the sales team Offer guests drinks or snacks when available and help them feel comfortable while they wait Be the "eyes and ears" of the lobby, ensuring a calm, orderly, and positive atmosphere Utilize the CRM system to document client's information and requests Take advantage of the mobility of the iPad while engaging with clients Track tasks and schedule meetings within the CRM as appropriate
