Full-Time About the Role We're a growing financial advisory and tax services practice looking for a Client Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is about more than just paperwork — it's about ensuring the details that build trust, teamwork, and excellence are handled with care. Responsibilities Process and manage financial, insurance, and tax paperwork. Ensure accuracy and follow up on missing documentation. Maintain client records across systems. Prepare paperwork for client onboarding and review meetings. Upload, scan, and store client files securely. Track and meet compliance deadlines. Qualifications Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable with technology and learning new systems. Coachable and adaptable, with a positive attitude. Conscientious and detail-focused — takes ownership of getting things right. Team-oriented mindset — values collaboration and excellence.
Preferred but not required:
