Job Description
Overview Join the growing team at AMANI Aesthetics, a luxury medically-driven aesthetics and wellness clinic focused on injectables, skin health, wellness, and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly motivated, polished, and energetic Client Service Associate to serve as the face of our practice and help create an elevated patient experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients while supporting the day-to-day flow of our fast-paced medical aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in multitasking while maintaining a luxury-level guest experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming, elevated patient experience Answer phones, texts, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments while maintaining efficient provider schedules and clinic flow Assist clients with treatment planning support, memberships, financing options, skincare recommendations, and retail purchases Maintain accurate client records using EMR and CRM systems Support consultation coordination and follow-up communication with prospective and existing clients Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell skincare, wellness services, memberships, and treatment packages based on client goals Collaborate with providers and internal team members to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front desk, lobby, break room and retail areas Support social media and content creation efforts when needed Help maintain the luxury brand experience and culture standards of AMANI Aesthetics Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, luxury retail, or sales preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Professional appearance and positive attitude required Sales experience and confidence recommending products/services preferred Familiarity with EMR, scheduling systems, CRM platforms, or point-of-sale systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and luxury patient care strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, growth-minded, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-28 hours weekly Rotating part-time schedule based on clinic needs. Flexibility for seasonal events, occasional Saturdays, and promotional support is required.
