WHAT YOU'LL DO

✔ Greet customers and create a great service experience from the moment they arrive ✔ Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns ✔ Communicate vehicle needs, recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly ✔ Build trust with customers and explain recommended maintenance and repairs ✔ Work closely with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently ✔ Keep customers updated throughout the repair process ✔ Follow up with customers and ensure concerns are fully addressed ✔ Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business ✔ Meet dealership goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and service retention ✔ Deliver vehicles and review completed work with customers
