Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Client Services Representative to join the Wickiup Animal Hospital Team. In this role, you will help to create a welcoming space by being a friendly face and a reassuring voice for pet parents. You will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, addressing client inquiries, and processing payments. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and customer service skills, along with a passion for animal healthcare. You will be the bridge between our veterinary staff and our community, ensuring smooth communication to create a stress-free experience for all pets and clients. Why choose

Requirements:
Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Previous veterinary experience: preferred but not required Strong time management skills Demonstrated ability to multitask Robust interpersonal skills Clear, concise, easy-to-understand verbal and written communication style Proactive, task-driven, autonomous individual
