Client Services Representative

Successful Client Services Specialist directly assists clients by providing support via email and phone in a professional manner. This role is critical in managing client relations. Must possess excellent communication and listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must.

• Key responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally
• Process data entry and quotes
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments
• Provide updates on repair status turnaround times Requirements Five or more years' customer service experience, preferably in Aerospace, Aviation or MRO Industry
• Multi-task oriented with attention to detail
• Customer focused mindset - Problem solving abilities Familiar with AS9100 and ISO Quality programs would be an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet navigating
