Climber and Lead Climbers:

$220-$400 per day DOE Full-time, year-round employment Home every evening Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance (available after 60 days) 401(k) & Roth 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Assistance with purchasing and upgrading climbing gear In-house mechanic maintaining equipment so crews can focus on production What We're Looking For We are seeking experienced climbers who can confidently and safely perform pruning and removals in residential settings.

Qualified candidates will have:

Minimum 2+ years professional tree climbing experience Proficiency in modern climbing systems (SRT & DRT) Experience with technical rigging and close-quarter removals Strong understanding of pruning standards and tree care principles Knowledge of tree ID and basic disease ID Aerial rescue knowledge and strong safety awareness Ability to work efficiently throughout a full 8-hour day in all weather conditions Professional communication and strong customer service skills Safety & Professional Standards Proper PPE and hazard recognition Knowledge of Dig Alert procedures Emergency tree rescue procedures Rope handling, knot knowledge, and safe rigging techniques Gear and climb saw must pass safety inspection What Sets You Apart Reliable and punctual Production-minded while maintaining safety Positive attitude Pride in clean, professional job sites If you're an experienced climber looking for stable, year-round work with competitive pay and a professional team, we encourage you to apply.
