Elements Massage is currently seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our Massage Therapy studios in Kent, WA If you thrive in a leadership role and are committed to delivering exceptional service and results, we want to hear from you!

Competitive base salary with performance-based monthly bonuses Medical Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Complimentary massage therapy and facial services for self-care Employee discounts on products and services Manager Qualifications - A successful Studio Manager believes in the healing power of Massage Therapy and has the following skills and experience: Proven experience in a management role, such as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager, preferably within the wellness or service industry Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success Organizational expertise to ensure smooth daily operations, including implementing structure, policies, and procedures Customer service-focused with the ability to engage and retain clients Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and implement solutions efficiently Effective at setting clear expectations, goals, and delegating tasks to team members Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and management Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients, staff, and vendors Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Flexible availability to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver top-notch service and sales.
