Job Description

Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple outpatient specialty clinics, ensuring high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple outpatient clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical support staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize patient care delivery Manage staffing schedules, productivity, and labor costs Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices in patient care Support performance improvement initiatives and quality outcomes Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth Act as a care coordinator and change agent to enhance operational efficiency Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and cost containment strategies
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a
