77 Trails End Road Eureka, Montana 59917 We are seeking a Clinical Director who is both a dynamic leader and a compassionate clinician
  • someone who is passionate about developing high-performing teams, driving clinical innovation, and creating meaningful outcomes for youth and families.
As the Clinical Director , you will serve as the clinical and programmatic leader of Chrysalis—responsible for the integrity, quality, and innovation of all clinical services. You'll lead and develop a team of therapists, partner cross-functionally with operations and academic staff, and ensure that every aspect of care aligns with Embark's standards of excellence. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on clinical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership & Oversight Provide vision and direction for the clinical program, ensuring alignment with Chrysalis' model and best practices Maintain the highest standards of clinical care, safety, and ethical practice Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions Team Development & Supervision Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of clinicians Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and professional development Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth Program Development & Quality Assurance Drive continuous improvement through data, outcomes, and innovation Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve program offerings Family Engagement & Client Outcomes Champion strong family systems work and engagement Support clinicians in delivering impactful, relationship-centered care Monitor and enhance client progress and successful transitions Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Executive Director, Program Director, Academic leadership, and operations teams Contribute to overall campus culture, staff engagement, and program success
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active clinical licensure in the State of Montana ( LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist , or equivalent) Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier ( NPI ) as part of the onboarding process. 5+ years of clinical experience, including work with adolescents Leadership experience, including supervising clinicians and managing teams Strong background in family systems, trauma-informed care, and experiential/relational approaches Proven ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership Passion for working in a residential or milieu-based setting Must hold an active and good standing
