• ABA Clinic Leadership ABA Journey is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our clinic in Stockbridge, Georgia.

This role is designed for an experienced BCBA who wants to step into a leadership position while continuing to stay involved in clinical work. The Clinical Director will oversee the daily clinical operations of the clinic, supervise RBT staff, maintain a manageable BCBA caseload, and ensure that all services meet high standards for quality ABA therapy. This is a leadership opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring staff, supporting families, and maintaining strong clinical programs. This position is fully in-person at our Stockbridge clinic and is not a remote role. Position Overview The Clinical Director serves as the primary BCBA leader within the clinic and is responsible for maintaining clinical quality, supervising staff, and supporting clinic operations. The Clinical Director works closely with Registered Behavior Technicians and families to ensure that ABA therapy programs are implemented effectively. The Clinical Director maintains a smaller BCBA caseload while also providing guidance to staff and ensuring compliance with BACB standards and Georgia licensure requirements. Key Responsibilities Clinic Leadership Clinical Oversight Supervision and Staff Development Caseload Responsibilities Qualifications Required Active BCBA certification Eligible for or currently holding Georgia LBA licensure At least two years of experience working as a BCBA Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA programs Ability to work full-time on site in Stockbridge, Georgia Strong leadership and organizational skills Preferred Experience in a Clinical Director or lead BCBA role Experience working in a clinic-based ABA environment Background supporting staff development and program growth Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $90,000
