Job Description

The Opportunity Are you an experienced LCSW looking to grow your own private practice without the burden of overhead, rent, and utilities? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our clinical operations. In exchange for your leadership and expertise, we are offering a private office suite within our facility for you to operate your own independent private practice, rent-free. This office comes with a closet with plenty of storage and a window that allows for ample amounts of sunlight.

Leadership Growth:
Build your resume as a Clinical Director while maintaining your clinical independence. These Terms are negotiable - let's talk. Key Responsibilities (Director Role) Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff (LMSWs, MHCs, etc.). Ensure all clinical documentation and protocols meet state and insurance standards. Lead monthly clinical meetings and case reviews. Oversee quality assurance and compliance for the facility.
Note:
This role is focused on administrative and clinical oversight, allowing you to focus your direct-client hours on your private practice.
Requirements Licensure:
Must hold a valid, unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in this state.
Experience:
Minimum of [2] years of mental health experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Insurance:
Must maintain your own malpractice insurance for your private practice.
Commitment:
Ability to dedicate [10 to 14] hours per week to Clinical Director duties. (Four of these hours are once per month for clinicals.) How the Arrangement Works This is a hybrid professional agreement . You will provide [10 to 14] hours of Clinical Director services per week to our organization. In return, you receive 24/7 access to your private office suite for your own business use.
