Hours and Compensation Potential:

This is a full-time position, with 36 hours per week and 2 available openings. The day shift is a variable shift, while the night shift runs from 7pm to 7:30am. The hourly pay ranges from $23.50 to $38.90 per hour, dependent on education (MLT or MT) and experience. Benefits include generous shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts, as well as a sign-on bonus and full benefits package.

What We're Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program (required). MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification (required). Blood Bank experience is a plus. New graduates will be considered if they have completed a clinical rotation in a high-volume lab.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests to gather data for disease diagnosis and treatment by following specified procedures, operating, and maintaining equipment as instructed.
