Clinical Medical Assistant/Receptionist

At Quantum Pain & Spine, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our patients through comprehensive pain management and patient-centered services. We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Clinical Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist team member to join our growing practice. This flexible role supports both clinical and front office operations as needed throughout the day. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, organized, and comfortable assisting patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Room patients and complete intake, including medications, allergies, and medical history Assist providers with clinical flow and basic procedure preparation Perform phlebotomy, UDS, and other basic clinical support duties Help maintain stocked and organized exam/procedure rooms Greet patients, answer phones, and assist with scheduling/check-in/check-out Verify patient information and provide general administrative support Deliver excellent patient service and support overall clinic operations Qualifications Phlebotomy experience required Medical Assistant experience preferred Front desk or medical reception experience preferred Spanish-speaking preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks or EMA preferred If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.
