Job Overview:
Rincon Therapy Group is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our growing mental health practice. This role is essential in ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional client experiences, and efficient coordination between therapists, clients, and administrative systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting mental health professionals in delivering high-quality, client-centered care. The Clinical Operations Coordinator will help manage scheduling, client intake processes, insurance coordination, documentation workflows, telehealth support, and overall office efficiency in a confidential and supportive environment. The practice specializes in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily clinical and administrative operations Manage appointment scheduling and client communications Support patient intake, onboarding, and documentation processes Maintain accurate electronic health records and confidential client files Assist with insurance verification, billing coordination, and authorization tracking Provide operational support for telehealth services and virtual appointments Collaborate with therapists and leadership to improve workflow efficiency Monitor office procedures to ensure HIPAA compliance and professional standards Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism Help maintain a welcoming and supportive client experienceQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, therapy practice, or medical office administration preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with EHR systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience supporting telehealth operations is a plusPay:
