Clinical Pharmacist - PRN

Description The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications:

PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered Or Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist -

New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Preferred Qualifications:
