Clinical Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist: RN/LCSW

Four Winds Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric inpatient services that treats children adolescents and adults, seeks a part-time Quality and Performance Improvement Specialist to work 3 days/week 8:00am-4:00pm in our hospital located in Westchester to help the hospital achieve clinical excellence through performance improvement. Job highlights 3 days/week 8:00am-4:00pm Work under the Director of Quality Management and Performance Improvement Investigate and report incidents to external agencies Promote clinical care, quality, patient safety, and customer service Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation guidelines Manage areas of performance improvement and risk management Strong communication skills with hospital leadership, staff, patients and their families Qualifications Requires a licensed professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW) Background in quality improvement/assurance is preferred Salary Starting rate from $42.00 - $47.00 per hour based on experience Opportunities for higher pay with certification in bi-lingual language proficiency Fax resume to (914) 763-8472 or Apply here Four Winds is an Equal Opportunity Employer
