Job Description

Monday- Friday (Office Based)

You'll be the architect of our clinician calendars, ensuring every patient is seen and staffing is optimized. Support theMission:
From coordinating patient transport to managing DME and admission charts, you keep the "behind-the-scenes" running smoothly.Clinical Safety Net:
Use your LPN skills to step in during high-acuity periods, ensuring our care standards never waver.Administrative Partner:
Work directly with the Office Nurse and support the DON through audits, inventory, and hour analysis. What You Need Current IL LPN License (Required). 2+ years of Hospice/Palliative experience (Preferred). A "Problem-Solver" mindset—you can handle a schedule change with grace.
