Job Description

Join a 5-Star Rated Team! At Serenity Hospice and Home, we provide more than just a service—we provide compassionate care to patients and their families. We are looking for an organized, clinical-minded Office Scheduler (LPN) to assist with our staffing operations.

You'll be the architect of our clinician calendars, ensuring every patient is seen and staffing is optimized. Support the

From coordinating patient transport to managing DME and admission charts, you keep the "behind-the-scenes" running smoothly.
Clinical Safety Net:
Use your LPN skills to step in during high-acuity periods, ensuring our care standards never waver.
Administrative Partner:
Work directly with the Office Nurse and support the DON through audits, inventory, and hour analysis. What You Need Current IL LPN License (Required). 2+ years of Hospice/Palliative experience (Preferred). A "Problem-Solver" mindset—you can handle a schedule change with grace.
