Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor College Hospital is seeking 1 full time Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Anaheim, CA. You will be responsible for maintaining quality of the clinical and psychotherapeutic approach. Serves as a liaison and advocate for the clinical staff needs and for the program enhancement. Supervises Therapists and functions as a Therapist by running groups and providing case management for absent Therapists. Duties:

Effectively provides case management of clients who are on assigned caseload. Continuously displays high degree of effectiveness with clients in a group psychotherapy setting. Effectively gathers information, initiates, and implements behavioral contracts as needed. Coordinates with attending physician regarding treatment team plan and progress and discharge plan for all clients. Demonstrates knowledge of mental illness as it relates to onset, age, and development. Assumes clinical leadership and duties as assigned by the Program Director and effectively assists in directing and supervising. Available as a resource for clinical staff in providing treatment services. Effectively performs additional duties and responsibilities as position requires.

Required Skills:

Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCSW. Experience with inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.

$40.90 - $45.00 per hour
